MERA’s Annual General Meeting will be held on September 27th, 2020 from 7 to 9 pm.
Please note this will be a virtual ZOOM & Phone -In meeting due to the Covid pandemic. You may join the meeting by Zoom or by phone. The invitation & instructions on how to join can be downloaded from the links below.
Please find links for the AGM agenda which includes the nominees for the 2020 Board of Directors, and an outline for the meeting. Links are also available for the 2019 Financial Statements and the Minutes of the 2019 Annual General Meeting for your review prior to this year’s AGM. Please note, all of these documents were sent out in February and have only been updated to reflect the date change. A slightly changed mail in vote card is attached – similar to the proxy vote used in the past.
Everyone is welcome to join the meeting, but only 2020 members in good standing as of August 27, 2020 may vote.
Information for Nomination to the Board of Directors was sent out via e-mail on February 7th and August 17th. Please note that nominations can still be be submitted up to 10 days prior to the Annual General Meeting (by Sept. 17) by sending an e-mail to email@example.com, which will then be forwarded to the nominations committee.
The Ankaret Volunteer of the Year Award will be presented at that time as well.
