Annual General Meeting March 19

The Annual General Meeting will be held on March 19, 2023 at the Schoolhouse 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Members in good standing have voting power at the AGM. To be a member in good standing, memberships are due 30 days before the AGM (February 19th, 2023). Dear members and friends of MERA,

One important task of the AGM is to elect directors to MERA’s board.  Please think about becoming a candidate yourself, or nominating a member of your MERA circle. If you are interested in supporting the life of this community as part of the team working backstage to set agendas and develop programs please put your name forward. Interest, enthusiasm and a 2023 MERA membership are the only prerequisites to serve on the MERA board.
Submit your nominations to MERA admin or to Barry Russell  Nominations can be submitted up to 10 days prior to the AGM, and must be done so via email.   Please refer to the Bylaw for more information.
