The sold out benefit concert outside in MERA’s back yard on Sunday August 23 was blessed with fine weather and great music from Mia Kelly and Nick Loyer. Mia and Nick are talented singer/songwriters who have been playing and composing together for 18 months. Since the restrictions on public gatherings came into effect this concert was their first opportunity to play a selection of their original compositions before a live audience. The crowd of 100 spread themselves out safely and comfortably to soak up the sounds and sun of summer as we fondly remember it. One more small careful step towards the new normal.
